1. ICSIAIML 2025 – Payment Instructions for Indian Authors/Participants

Step 1 – Open the Payment Portal

Go to: https://learner.vupune.ac.in/events

Step 2 – Create an Account

Click “Sign Up” if you are a new user.
Enter your details and complete the registration.
Remember your login credentials.

Step 3 – Log In and Select the Conference

Log in at the same link.
Click “Pay Event Fees”.
Organizing Institute: Select VU, Pune.
Event: Select International Conference on Sustainable Innovation with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning 2025 (ICSIAIML 2025).
Enter the applicable registration fees.
Click Pay.

Step 4 – Make the Payment

Select “PAY BY EASEBUZZ”.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

Step 5 – Save Your Payment Proof

After payment is successful, download your payment receipt.
Keep it safe — you may need to upload it as part of your registration confirmation.

Step 3 – Pay Applicable Bank Charges

Ensure you include all bank transfer charges so the full registration amount reaches the conference account.
Select the option “OUR” (meaning you pay all transfer charges) if your bank offers it.

Step 4 – Save Proof of Payment

After the NEFT transfer is complete, get:

Transaction Reference Number
Payment Confirmation Slip / Screenshot

This will serve as your proof of payment.You need it to fill registration form
